- Add an application form in a simple editor. For example, for the contract approval process, add an option to attach a file with the contract itself and a field with the total price of the contract, so that the approving lawyer gets all the necessary information at once. The sender's name will be automatically uploaded
- Add steps and select the responsible parties. For example, the approval should be done first with the manager (the manager of each specific employee will be loaded automatically) and then with the lawyer.
- Set target deadlines for the approval of each step (e.g. one day) and the whole process (e.g. 3 working days).

- Categorize the created business processes in one click. For example, a section with ordering references and a separate category for service services (helpdesk, ordering office supplies or ACHO)

- Some data does not need to be entered. The system already contains the employee's name, position, city, manager and other information. It will be loaded automatically
- The author of the request can see the stage and status of the request in work at any time, and when the request is executed, he will receive a notification immediately.

- The request goes straight to the work board of the business process. It doesn't have to be transferred from mail or messengers every time by hand. For example, if a lawyer is coordinating 2 types of contracts, each contract will go straight to its own board. Nothing will get lost.
